Description
This bowl is inspired by a nature walk and then created with stoneware clay. Using the Art Nouveau style, I then utilize organic stenciling and watercolor brushwork with many layers of glazing before firing them in an electric kiln. The result is a style that is uniquely mine. I began to explore creating pottery that uses Art Nouveau style design to capture nature’s beauty and elegance, but also to allow people to enjoy this art in their everyday lives and for special occasions.
