Description
This Sculptural bowl was built with a hand made slab with a large pinched coil attached and thinned to form the sides and rim using pinching techniques. It is nspired by Georgia O’Keefe paintings of desert bones. It is unglazed bare clay throughout. The clay is sourced locally from Starworks Ceramics in Star, NC. The piece was fired locally in my 4 burner gas reduction kiln.
