I believe that all humans can be creative. I think we may lose some of our creativity after childhood because we may have been told we have no talent or we don’t fit into what people this is art. For that reason I like to show my art as work that comes to me through my intuition.

Most times when I start out I have no idea what will show up in my paintings until I’m in the midst of the process. I really love the process of adding color to the canvas, and engaging others around the vibrations of color. During the process I love t when I am surprised by a message or object that shows up, like the moon or a cassette tape even a Disc Jockey.

Sharing my artwork with others is like sharing love with no judgements no expectations and no limits. My paintings remind me of what it is like to let go, be brave as I spoil myself with self love and self care.
