I am drawn to the traces that moments leave behind, the imprint of light, the memory of a leaf, and the quiet evidence of change. Through watercolor, cyanotype, and mixed media, I explore how encounters with the natural world reveal larger truths about growth, resilience, connection, and what it means to be human.
My process is inseparable from the meaning of the work. Light-sensitive materials, pressed botanicals, image transfers, found objects, and layers of paint preserve a record of time and transformation. Weather, chemistry, chance, and intention each leave their mark, creating images that could not emerge through control alone. I embrace a dialogue with the natural world through its materials, responding as each work unfolds.
Each piece preserves the traces of time, light, and nature, creating space to discover beauty in the broken, the forgotten, and the fleeting moments that quietly shape our lives.
