I am drawn to creating beautiful things that serve a purpose. I am inspired by all things living (and some not-so-living), our natural surroundings, and the human spirit. Both my functional and sculptural ceramic work reflects organic shapes, forms, and patterns found in nature. My work has evolved over the years, but my goal is always to make pieces that you will want to leave out for people to see rather than being put away in a cupboard or tucked in a dark corner. I hope the pieces I make will become your favorites and that you will share them with others!
