I began painting at an early age in my hometown of Kingston where the Caribbean climate and bright colors heavily influenced my artistic expression. My paintings still reflect the brilliant colors of my childhood heart, of my Jamaican homeland. My paintings depict vistas of Jamaica and lots of horses.

I think my feelings come out through horses. I give them life in my paintings. I love each one, my wild, spirited horses. I’m happy that at my age, I’m able to have a community of like-minded folks who are expressing creativity in many different ways.
