Nancy is a Professional Landscape Architect who enjoys documenting the beauty of nature through photography and watercolor media. Photo safaris capture landscapes, botanicals, songbirds and insects. She spends time traveling the intracoastal waterway so coastal birds, boats and coastal landscapes are often also represented in her work. Nancy is a member of the WSNC (Watercolor Society of North Carolina). She was born in Atlanta, Georgia and has lived in Texas, Wisconsin and Vermont providing a broad viewpoint and appreciation for our beautiful country. She has called Greensboro, North Carolina home since 1998 and lives with her husband, Dave, and an adorable West Highland Terrier named Ollie. Nancy is happy to be able to share her work with you.
As a Landscape Architect and Master Gardener Volunteer, Nancy strives to bring awareness to fragile environments through her work. She promotes water conservation: native plants, birds, pollinators and edible landscapes. Nancy explores her subjects through watercolor, photography and alcohol ink.
